Terms and Conditions of Mapivii

Please read carefully and understand the terms and conditions before requesting a commission. All payment terms are based on US dollars. The acceptance of the invoice and subsequent payment will be considered as confirmation that the client agrees with the terms and conditions of the commission outlined below:

GENERAL:

I reserve the right to decline any request depending on my schedule or if I’m unable to deliver the commission properly due to a heavy workload.
(Please check the waitlist before placing a commission.)The artwork is a digital piece, so no physical package or shipment will be sent. The corresponding image files will be delivered in the sizes specified in the commission pricing, to the email address provided by the client.If the client does not provide an email address, the files will be sent to the same address used for the PayPal invoice.Only digital files will be provided (no printed artwork) in the sizes specified in the commission pricing.Sketches will be sent for approval before starting the linework or coloring. Only one major change can be requested at no additional charge. Up to two revisions are allowed free of charge. Once the sketch has been approved, only color changes can be made at no extra cost.I reserve the right to increase the price if the commission is more complex than usual.It is not my responsibility to ensure your emote idea complies with Twitch’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines; please review them before making your request.I reserve the right to cancel your order at any time if I encounter issues with the drawing, or if working with you proves to be difficult in any way.Please do not request a specific art style. If you commission me, it’s because you like my style—and that’s the style you should expect in the final product.Commissions are completed in the order they are received. Please remember to check the waitlist before placing your request.Sketches and work-in-progress images will be protected to prevent their use in AI training.By purchasing any of my services, you agree to my terms of service.

USAGE POLICY / COPYRIGHT AND CREDITS:

I retain the copyright and original intellectual ownership of the artwork, which includes, but is not limited to, the right to redistribute, reproduce, promote, and display the work on my websites, social media, and portfolios at my discretion.I reserve the right to reuse unused artwork for future projects, whether personal or otherwise.The commission is for personal use only. You may print it for your room, frame it, or gift it to a friend or family member, but you may not sell or commercially distribute it.The emote, layout, or artwork created through this commission is for personal use only on platforms such as Twitch, Discord, or other social media. Commercial use (such as for merchandise) is strictly prohibited without my explicit permission. Please contact me directly if you wish to use the artwork commercially.I am allowed to use the artwork and the creation process for self-promotion on my social media, as well as share it during live streams, unless otherwise specified in the request.The project will be considered complete once the digital file has been sent to the client via email. The client understands that no further edits will be made to the final artwork as part of this commission.Do not edit, copy, or trace my work without permission.I am not responsible for artworks being rejected by Twitch or any other platform or organization.Clients must give proper credit to me as the artist. This can be done by including a link to one of my social media profiles or tagging me in the post. When reposting my artwork, please make sure to credit me accordingly.When using the artwork on Twitch, Discord, or any other platform, please include a link to my Instagram, Twitter, Twitch, or TikTok.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS:

No refunds will be issued, so please be sure before placing a commission—unless I am the one who cancels the commission.No refund will be given if the client is dissatisfied with the final result. However, two revisions are included at no additional cost (any additional revisions will be charged $3 each). Once the sketch has been approved, only color changes can be made free of charge.Clients may cancel their request at any time BEFORE payment is made, but they must notify me directly to be removed from the waitlist.

PAYMENT AND TRANSCTION:

I only accept payments via PayPal (invoicing) or Ko-fi, in USD.Please note that the listed price is a base price; it may vary depending on the complexity of the commission.Full payment is required before I begin working on your commission. No payment is needed to reserve a spot or to accept your commission—only when I’m about to begin working on your request.Payment will only be requested once the order details have been confirmed and the commission has been accepted.If the client fails to send the payment within 48 hours of receiving the invoice, the commission will be canceled (unless I decide to extend the deadline at my discretion).Do not send any payment unless I have accepted your commission, requested payment, and sent you an invoice via PayPal.

PERÍODO DE TIEMPO:

I will always try to complete your commission as soon as possible, but please be patient. The turnaround time may vary depending on the complexity of the commission and your position on the waitlist. You can check my page for updates. In any case, I will notify you when I begin working on your commission.The client understands that the estimated turnaround time is just an estimate and may change depending on my workload.Please note that I will not begin your commission unless full payment has been received.Once I begin working, the artwork will be completed within a timeframe of one week to two months, depending on its complexity.Communication is very important. I will keep you updated on the progress of your project and notify you if there are any delays. If I request information and do not receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, the project may be delayed and the delivery date will be pushed back until I receive the necessary information.Rush orders are available upon request at double the original price (please discuss it with me beforehand to confirm availability).If your commission has been accepted but payment is not made or you do not respond within 72 hours, I reserve the right to cancel the request or move on to other commissions.

Please take into account what I can and cannot draw. I’m always willing to step out of my comfort zone for certain things, so feel free to ask!
